Tharsis Law is a two-partner law firm that provides strategic land use and real estate counsel for complex development projects. We built the firm around a simple idea: Clients should work directly with experienced lawyers who understand their project. We are selective about our clients, so we are available when needed while keeping legal work focused and efficient. The result is senior-level attention, practical advice, and cost-effective legal service.

We responsibly leverage AI and other technology to provide cost-effective legal services. Tharsis Law’s technology is led by our Chief Operations & Technology Officer, who previously served as the CTO and Director of Engineering for Seattle area AI startups.
RECENT CLIENT SUCCESSES
Advised Main Street Property Group and HAL Real Estate in the acquisition and entitlement of 3.3 acres in a public-private partnership with the City of Woodinville to construct a 264-unit mixed-use building that incorporates the existing historic schoolhouse and YMCA.
